Change of Mind
We kindly inform our customers that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of
mind or if you no longer wish to keep the product. We encourage you to carefully consider your
purchase before placing an order.
However, we are available on Myntra, where return requests are accepted. You can place your
order there if you prefer a platform that allows returns.
Damaged Products
Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive your order.
If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package.
- Email us immediately at sales@palevia.com (11 AM – 6 PM EST).
- Email must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include an uncut video of the unboxing as proof.
Refunds will only be processed if the product is found damaged and cannot be repaired. For orders paid via net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy
We strive to fulfill every order. However, some orders may need to be cancelled due to:
- Limitations in quantity available
- Errors in product, pricing, or stock information
- Issues identified by our credit or fraud prevention team
If your order is cancelled before processing, any amount charged to your credit/debit card will be refunded or transferred to your Palevia account, and can be reversed back to your card upon
request.
Note: Once you confirm and pay for your order, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
4. Modifying Shipping Address
You may modify your shipping address before your order is processed (packed) by contacting
us at

5. How to Cancel Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
